The ornament is beautiful.  The only problem is that all of the engraving that I asked for was not on the ornament.  Called Rebecca and she handled it immediately, no questioned asked and no hassle.  They are sending another ornament with all the engraving on it.  GREAT Customer Service and you get to speak with a REAL person (not a machine) and you do not have to push # to get there.
