I made an order of 14 ornaments and hoped to get them before Xmas.  I was willing to pay extra to get them sooner.  I was assisted by Rebecca on getting it sent quickly and she even caught the fact that I had mistakenly ordered two of the same.   I got the ornaments the very next day.  I was totally surprised and extremely happy.  Thank you Rebecca for the great service and awesome product.

This is the most adorable little snow family! It was perfect for us this year! The quality is as I expected it to be! PERFECT! I have NEVER been disappointed with any of them, and we have MANY. I’ve been giving engraved pewter ornaments to my grandchildren for 23 years. I had always purchased them from a national retailer at a local store in the mall until they deemed pewter to be an environmental hazard and started to sell stamped steel ornaments. I found New England Ornaments doing an online search and started ordering from them 11 years ago and I’m very pleased with the quality and detail of every ornament that was purchased. The engraving is also of artisan quality. This year I had a problem with placing my order and I got the opportunity to try out the customer service.
