I have been ordering pewter ornaments from Rebecca for 12 years, and the ornaments are always of excellent quality and the service has always been prompt and excellent. This year I switched internet providers and I didn't receive the yearly promotional discount email because it didn't come through. I called Rebecca to straighten out the email changes and she said that since we've been good customers over the years she would still give the discount. I missed the discount by a day which is on me so I didn't take the discount, but as always she goes above and beyond for her customers.
