Excellent customer service, immediate response time, fast shipping!  They didn’t have enough in stock of the ornament I wanted so they made additional ones to fill my order. We will continue to order ornaments in the future.

I am a Realtor and I give an ornament engraved with the date that the home owner purchased their house. New England provides a good selection to choose from. Orders are processed quickly and I have never had a problem with the product.
