This is in regards to order 19255.
I ordered one of  this exact item several years ago, engraved. It had a beautiful mirror like finish when I rotated it a little.
All three that I ordered and received this time have a slightly marred appearance in places. Rubbing briskly with a microfiber dust cloth does nothing to smooth the appearance.
Is there a polish or procedure that will smooth the finish so they match the beauty of the first exact item I bought several years ago?
