I purchased 6 different engraved pewter ornaments as gifts for my great grandchildren, a Christmas tradition I started ten years ago. This is the first year I ordered from New England Ornaments and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of these items. The exquisite attention to detail sets these ornament a cut above anything I've found previously and I know they will be cherished keepsakes. My order was shipped within 24 hours of my placing it - outstanding customer service! Unfortunately, and absolutely out of the control of NEO, I ordered from Canada a month before Christmas thinking there was plenty of time but the pandemic has caused carriers to be overwhelmed. It took 6 weeks for my shipment to arrive. I'll be placing my order in August next year to make sure I beat the Christmas crunch! These gems were definitely worth the wait!

Fixed Error For Me	December 1, 2020

Loved the ornament. The only problem was that the name was all capital letters rather than beginning with a capital letter then using small letters for the rest of the name. I was expecting Lu not LU. I called and you all sent me a replacement ornament engraved correctly. I love the care and personal experiences I have always had with your employees. Busy, busy time of the year things happen. This will not in way stop me form buying from New England Ornaments. Hope your holidays are happy and healthy. Sincerely, C. T.

I Purchased and ornament and had a personalized for my new grandbaby.
I received it I couldn’t be more pleased the size the inscription legibility all great!
When I had a question and I called I spoke to one of the owners Rebecca, she was very pleasant helpful and dedicated!
